Is it possible to somehow add the google analytics code and also Google verify to an astore hosted at Amazon?

    I dont think so

You can buy the AOM script in my sig file and use it to apply analytics code to any website you run with the script. I have 20+ now and all use Analytics which is helpful in monitoring traffic and referal sources.

    I don't think so.

Because aStore not allow you to modify anything in structure of website you can modify only css.

There is a way. Basically, you get an image-based tracker, and make that the logo of the aStore (or put it in the CSS). That way, you can track every single page that the visitor goes to. See my tutorial How To Track Visitors To Your Amazon aStore for more information...
