You should be running some kind of analytics (google analytics, Piwik etc) so you can see how people are finding your website and what they do when they are there.

If you mean to find out their positions in the SERPS there are various sites that will let you do this (www.seoserp.com for example) or you can also use the information provided in the google webmaster tools

    Google Analytics is the daddy.

You could also run ranking reports using various SEO tools as Google Analytics only tracks keywords that are actually bringing in traffic.

You probably got web stats on your hosting package, sometimes these give you more info, eg search terms, than GA. Ask your host for details.

the simple way to check how your keywords are doing is to daily check your SERP's against your keywords. i.e: search in google the ranking of your website against your keywords.

The very first you should install some analytics ( Google, piwiks) to your concerned blog or website and get to know how your KW's are working and whats the actual progress.

Rankings and traffic are the best metrics to look at to determine how successful ou are with your targeted keywords.

There are tons of software packages out there that can pull rankings like IBP, WebCEO, etc.

Use you're web analyitics package to gain insight into your traffic. You can find out where traffic is coming from, what keywords are driving traffic to your site, how long people spend on your site, how many pages they veiw while they are there, how many visitors converting (whatever a conversion means to you: a sale, a lead, an email address, etc.)

just use google analytics and by using it analytics will help you determine which keywords that provides you with traffic and you try to check it manually in google by typing the keyword and track it manually.
