Expanding my company! need workers! What do you offer

    Well I am running a small company, currently providing small services, Well I wanna expand it a bit more, The company does not have a site yet, in few months we will create.

    Well I want to get new hard working workers, you won't get paid monthly and have a steady salary, but like it works this way

    lets say oyu have a service which costs $20
    I find a client and charge him $30.

    And I pay to you whenever you are done with the service!

    I don't want workers who are offering forum posting and data entry jobs!!!
    And if possible, give me samples ...

    Hey, i am interested. i have good hands on PHP, XHTML/CSS, Wordpress, Joomla, Drupal and C#.net desktop application development (like data crawlers/scrappers etc..).
