any exact science to raise the pagerank in google? someone said that sometimes the content is very important, but facebook has little content can reach pagerank 10. whether the backlink is very important for pagerank?

please for SEO experts provide advice to enlightenment!

Somehow, get 2 PR10 backlinks - your site will definitely get PR9.

Content is important - so that you get all those backlinks.

Facebook is PR10 because almost most of the sites link back to Facebook these days.

You need to go learn SEO. You come here and want people to teach you? There is a vast amount of information for you to go find.

Asking about page rank is misguided. PR means almost nothing. If SEO is 100% then PR is 2% importance.

 

You need to get some quality backlink from websites from your niche. Get some edu backlinks if possible. And most importantly be patient. BTW when will this PR update takes place. I am desperately waiting for the next update.

PageRank is the measure of link popularity... PERIOD! It's the measure of the quantity (number) and quality (strength) of a URL's inbound links... It has NOTHING to do with content, traffic, keywords or anything else. Anyone telling you any differently is blowing smoke up your butt and doesn't have a clue what they are talking about.

If you don't understand what PR is I suggest you read The Anatomy of a Large-Scale Hypertextual Web Search Engine (section 2.1) written by Sergey Brin and Larry Page (cofounders of Google) where the concept of PageRank was first revealed. This document became the blueprint for what became Google. If you still want to learn more read their patents related to PageRank.

Facebook outbound links are no-follow links. And getting OBL from ranking 10 is not possible. This was a joke by jhnrang. Only few sites has page rank 10. Eg: google.com and facebook.com
