Buying Someone to get my Keyword number on Google.com and .co.uk

I am looking for someone to get my keyword(s) number on on google.com and .co.uk

I currently hv 10 keywords that i m interested to work on, But First I will be buying Services for the keyword "football streaming" - If i m satisfied I will go ahead with the same person and make him do the other 9 keywords.

I want you to get me number one on one of those keywords.. on google.com and google.co.uk - I dont care if u build 5, or 500, or 50000 Links.. All i care is being number 1 or atleast in the top 3 of the keyword.

I m currently number 8 on the keyword "football streaming" so i suppose you should bid a bit lower.

Please make sure that I wont Pay a big amount Upfront! I'll just pay like %20 percent upfront. Rest of the 80% will be paid along the way. In this case( football streaming keyword ), I'll pay 20% upfront, 30% After you get me top 3 ( i m 8th now, if i wasn't i wud hv paid higher at this point), and 50% after I m number 1..

if you dont like the deal, we can negotiate a bit and do it a little here and there..

I want the job done quiet fast, but not that fast that i get penalized or sandboxed by google! 3 weeks, 1 month is a good time, A bit slower like 1.5 months wud also do..
