    The site ranks on the first page of google(position 10) for its keyword: all in one seo tools.com with 66 millions result/competitors.
    The site has 50 backlinks.
    And the the registrar is name.com.

    I can say it is a PR2, because it is a PR2. Try using google toolbar to check.

    Obviously there is a problem with whatever calculates page rank within the forums.
