RSS feeds and feed promotion should be on that list... easy to do and could add traffic. Also make sure the off-page links are making use of anchor text, especially if the link is on a page with related content. The anchor text should be the same or very close to the keyword that a page is optimized for on the target site.

You should used the work of Content Creation in On-Page Optimization

 

H1, h2 and h3 tags, xml sitemap for on page. In off page you can add Google knol and blog posting(posting at free blogging platforms like blogger, wordpress, livejournal and more)

I want to know which exercise is more better to improve the traffic in both on page & off page

 

Jiggling the web is also something new going on these days.. Also Angelena Paul high page rank list for link building, Question answer sites participation like answerbag.com and three way link building to an extent....

What is "h tag"?

 

Pretty complete must say... you can still add the H tags, the txt ratio and the "www resolve"... mmmm doctype, encoding, micro-formats, Dublin core... but for basic SEO, the list is cool
