Is PPC worth it for new website based on ad revenue ?

    Hello,

We launched a website that will basically generate revenue almost purely on Adsense clicks but we were wondering since it's only effective when a website gets couple hundred or thousands of visitors per day, is it really worth the money to do PPC on Google and Facebook ?

PPC seems like a pretty expensive form of marketing for a very small amount of visitors. 1~2 visitors per dollar ??

If your source of revenue is Adsense, absolutely not. Possibly if you got a really cheap traffic source (Adwords or Facebook would not be cheap). If you only plan to make money via adsense then you are best off doing SEO for related terms.

Actually, Google doesn't approve of "arbitage" marketing.
Using a landing page full of Adsense units is not going to fly with Adwords.
