Looking for Goog Email Marketing Company

We are a web based software development company.
We currently have a newsletter system installed on our servers (phplist) which runs quite well but we would like to outsource our newsletter to a third party / mail marketing dedicated company that could provide us with reports/statistics everytime we send the newsletter.

Our newsletter details:
- Number of Subscribers: 140 thousand (all were properly subscribed with authetication / no spam);
- We need to import this list without sending a confirmation email to each user (just import it and that's all);
- 1000 new subscribers per month;
- Important: we use the newsletter only 3 times per year (we send a newsletter to our customers each 4 months);

We are looking for suggestions/good experience from someone with similar newsletters.

aweber is probably your best bet, it has all the things you listed.

 

This is turning into a big headache for us:

Jaymail.net: we are contacting them

icontact, weber, constant contact: all charge on a monthly basis. We want to send a message to the subscriber only 3x year so their system is extremely expensive for us (between $500/$1500 per month).

sendgrid: very good and cheap but it's only a SMTP service, doesn't manage the list / authetications.

Any more help appreaciated.
