    I would like to promote my site, but I do not need seo, ppc (google, yahoo, bing) I would like some quality good website 、 forum or blog (about shopping forum,shopping mall ,etc,)put a number of sponsored links, please recommend some good websites and forums

    i'm not sure what you are asking - cost free advertising?

    Look at building good content on your site and promote it via social media - facebook, twitter etc. if your content is good you will experience a viral effect in traffic growth

    but if you want to find some forums related to you niche
    google "your niche name fourm" and you find high page rank forums related to your niche

    And from posting here, you would be curious at Microsoft Ad Center. Go for it! It's still cheaper than Adwords quite frequently. Just make sure you read the suggestions and keep a close eye on your account.

    You are in the wrong forum.

    Search forums related to your niche at google/yahoo/bing.

    When you find those websites, ask yourself how did you find it - and maybe your customers will look at you in the same way.
    If you think they do - consider advertising anyway....
