I think he means the visable toolbar ranking is finally here, since we have seen activity in the datacenters since a few days ago. Looks like my directory
http://www.theaets.org/ stayed the same, wasn't sure if it would.

I know that the PR update takes a few days to get to every site. Its not like Christmas and it happens all in one night.

I'm seeing updates on some sites on some datacenters, but not what I would have expected. As lpstong pointed out though, it a work in progress, never an instant update. We'll all have to wait and see.

PR updates are a little like Christmas though :D

Geez, what is this, junior kindergarten? 36 pages of speculations and other nonsense? Instead of wasting time on "forum blah, blah", I worked hard to improve my traffic. My Google traffic for example went up with 45%, that makes me a lot more happy than knowing that this same site went up to PR6. Does that makes sense to you PR fanboys? Or are you too busy to make ure that 50% of the Google threads on this forum are about PR?

Relax. Each to their own. PR is a valid topic and it only comes up every few months. It's fun for some, anyway.

You can even admit that you enjoyed the hike to PR6 if you like.

Every few months? How about every few hours, 365/366 days a year.

You're putting words in my mouth that I never used. Nice try though. ;)

The fact is that much as we may not like it PR is still a major factor, especially if you are in the links business.
PR brings lot of activity, primarily because an update is not there every day, and every update is looked upon with fear as well as excitement.
Its like the king is rating you. He may not do it as well or perfectly, but the king's word carries lot of weightage.....:D

I checked my site, but looks like the data got from google, because I modified my site 1 month ago. But it still shows my previous data.
