Just wanted to get some training on how to use social networking to it's fullest capacity - such as the hash marks in twitter and targeted searches in Facebook... also any tips on developing Youtube traffic would be appreciated.
Twitter is like a new flash website. Giant businesses uses it to make updates of their company. The average users of middle age ~ old people using twitter is quite high.
In terms of marketing Twitter can be a huge asset to any business if you know what you are doing. As far as hash tags go it is really hard to obtain traffic from them as you need to find one that is not too big, but not to small. For example when people search for hash tags on twitter they are given real time results, if the issue related to the hash tag is large with multiple people posting it, the posts will keep on rolling by and you will have barley any chance of being seen. Your best bet is to get users to post your own hash tag and try and get users to retweet your posts.
I think on Twitter (and this is for anything, really), the key is to build relationships. Be consistent and deliver top-notch content (such as links to quality blog posts filled with killer content). Talk to your followers and follow them back. Start to do that instead of blasting affiliate links all over the place, and you'll start to see some good results. I'm starting to jump start Twitter again and by following the methods I've just mentioned, I'm gaining more and more followers and traffic each day.
One thing that is true for any social bookmarking and social networking sites is to build that network and gain reputation and the trust of the users in that network. More the number of connections/followers/fans, better will be the traffic from those networks.
Twitter is the good social networking site used today..This is a follow up site..This site bring the traffic to your website..You can get the full marketing information from this site..
Twitter and Facebook are about trust. People trust certain other people because they know them. If you just act as some anonymous robot then no one will look at your links/posts. Build a dialogue with your audience before you try to start selling to them.
