    use info:domain.com
if not here, either new site or blacklisted
if there, the search "domain.com", if found, then site ok, if not, site in sandbox

The best way would be to just use the "site:" function on Google.

If your website was listed before, then you surely have it sandboxed on Google ....

    Thanks,

    hi,
    Try these factors.

Find out your public IP address. Two good sites for this are WhoIs and What'sMyIP (see resources). Write down your IP address - it will be four blocks of three numbers long, separated by periods.

Enter your IP address into a blacklist tool such as the one found on MXToolBox, listed below in the resources. The site will check your IP against known blacklisted domains and inform you if you are blacklisted.

Getting removed from a blacklist is somewhat more difficult than being blacklisted. You will need to visit the site that has blacklisted you. Some sites will have a remove from blacklist form to fill out, other sites may require you to e-mail an abuse or administrator account. Removal from a blacklist needs to be done manually, although many IT companies will offer blacklist removal as a service.

If you have gone through the steps to be removed from a blacklist and find that you are still blocked, you may be blocked from the email server's IP address rather than your own IP. Go to the MXToolBox website, and enter your domain name, then click "MX Lookup". This will provide you with your mail server information.

Enter your email server address into a blacklist tool such as the one found on the MXToolBox website listed in this article's resources. As above, the site will check your server information against known blacklisted domains and inform you if you are blacklisted. If you are blacklisted, you will need to remove your e-mail server rom the blacklists manually by contacting the site owners, either through a contact form or e-mail.

honestly the simplest way is just to search your URL in Google. If your site does not appear the chances of you being deindexed are big.

If your site is not listed in Google and you have some solid backlink to it, then its blacklisted.
As a sandbox is a myth, there is no way to check for it.

If you are not able to find you site in the Google then it is penalized or black listed in the Google, you can check it by the domain name or the "Site:" command. If it is new then it may be in the sandbox, being a myth, but Google hold new sites for some time before giving listing.

You can also use the various penalty checker tools as seo penalty or by putting keyword as penalty checker tool in the Google.

Here are my opinions of telling if you may be in the sandbox!

1, The site is on a new domain and less than about 1 year old.
2, The site has a decent number of unique IBL's and an OK PR.
3, Most of the pages of the site has been indexed by Google.
