all of them are good for SERP but you gotta to have quality website to support

 

For rankings you need to do various off page activities, can't get into SERPs with a single activity. Adding to the above actitivites you can do : article submissions, classifieds, Link exchange, blog creation & maintainance, blog directory submissions, RSS submissions and many more such activities...

All activities are good depends how you will handle them and which suits you.

 

I feel forum posting is good. Because once you created and maintain high quality profile, you will get good traffic as well as good ranking.

 

I am agree with your point but if you are considering this in such a way then directory submission also giving the value to your site for a life time. Then I think it is also important one.

 

First Social Bookmarking is best and then Forum building.

Of course, they all are important. But if I would have to chose I would prefer first two of mentioned, I am not a big fan of a Directory Submisison.

 

Hi as above comments, SEO is not about just one technique, it is the combination of various link building techniques. However apart from these three, directory submission is the initial part, forum posting is more important than bookmarking in later part of time.

 

There are at least 200 factors for serps ranking.
