Would you buy a Facebook phone?

Hello All

It has recently emerged about Facebook’s plans to launch a smart phone, with reports that the social networking site is working with handset maker INQ Mobile. They are planning to launch two Facebook smart phones in Europe in the first half of 2011

Would you consider buying a Facebook phone or is this a market that Facebook should stay out away from?

Of course I would!
They will gain a good market share for sure.

On the other hand I guess Android-based phones will have a competitive advantage over the rest if they can support the variant social trends.

 

ya why note.facebook is on high and good market value...

 

I dont think they will launch a facebook phone..so i dont see the question here...

 

I would never buy it because facebook is making the world more stupid everyday and its wasting peoples' lives away. I don't want to be a part of the problem. lol

 

I don't really see any reason to buy one. Will it introduce any groundbreaking technology that has some worthwhile tangible purpose?

Not really, I don't think I would buy one. That's like buying a MySpace phone. I can always access FB through my phone or from my computer...

Imagine all people siting in the bus staring at their FacePhones checking their stats :x Droids...

 

I don't think I would either, can't see an advantage over other phones really.

 

why we buy facebook phone if we manage it from any smart phone.

 

I would if it was an HTC or Samsung device

 

I think that the Facebook phones will be made in colaboration with HTC and so I would buy one.
