Hi, I am interested in having someone create a website for content where clients can order articles they need written and writers can assign them to their selves to write and return. My form of payments for the site will be through Paypal for the clients to pay the writers. I would like something that could also have a forum to go along with it to encourage the writers to voice their opinions and to asks questions amongst the other writers on the site. I am not sure what programs are needed to build this type of site, so I hope you can help. I want the writers to be able to do things in automatic fashion so they do not have to wait approval of their assignments, but the clients will need to have access to review the writers work and be able to decline the work or accept it for payments. It would be great for the writers if payments could be made automatically after approval..but if this is not possible, I will need a system where I can figure all payments and make mass payments on a certain day of the week. Any ideas? What would be the costs to build and manage?
Hi, it could be done with Joomla CMS, The forum plugin is abundant joomla, and they are pretty great Joomla also has some content submission plugin just like what you want, except for the automatic paypal payment system, it need to be developed in house. This automatic paypal payment system maybe the one which will need a little extra work and exrta cost The rest is just a bunch of easy jobs Do you want me to do it for you?
