the question isnt really making snese...

 

1) geotarget your site to the USA and UK in google webmaster tools
2) build links from other USA and UK based sites
3) use a US or UK Domain, us, ie .co.uk, .org.uk, etc.
4) host your site in the UA or UK
5) list a USA and UK address on your website, and register it with google local somewhere in the USA and UK (preferrably a major metropolitan centre

there is probably more, but thats all I can come up with off the top of my head.

 

Market your site on facebook and other social networking sites... there are facebook pages for US businesses and agencies.. you can get traffic from those .

 

Today we are having different internet marketing software available in market..You can do marketing on social networking site such as face book and we are having many websites which are used for marketing..

 

Join forums belonging to USA and UK and use your site in signature link.
If your posts are good there you can get good amount of clicks.
