i am a total newbee to adsense , i have heard a rumor that adsense does not support adult sites , is it true , pls explain it to me

Adsense not allowed on Adult Sites

 

You can't use Adsense on adult, gambling, tobacco or drug related sites. If you will try they can catch you and will disable your account.

You can't use Adsense but you can blacklabelads.

 

I have a site with directory listings, some of which are listings for local escort/call girls and I had adsense on them. One day I noticed that I was generating zero revenue on my adsense account so I checked the site and no ads were being generated, just a blank white frame where the ads were supposed to be.

I was baffled for a couple of days, so I contacted the adsense team and asked them what was going on and they told me that my account had been suspended because I was showing adsense ads on adult related content.

They said they emailed me but I did not get anything but was happy that someone at adsense responded anyway.

I finally figured out that it was the adult listings they must have been taling about, so what I did was, programme my site to show other banner ads on the adult listing whilst the rest of the site showed adsense.

Then I emailed adsense team to say that the ads were removed from the adult sections of the site, adsense account was switched back on and its been fine ever since.

I think the adsense team do try and be helpful and will not just ban you for any reason, if you are taking the piss they will know, so just read the TOS as best as you can and act in an honest manner and you will be okay.

 

Using adsense ads on Adult websites is not allowed, if you try to do so, you'll be banned !
