    Websites written in the Vietnamese language are listed within http://www.dmoz.org/World/Tiếng_Việt/ .
    (If this forum supported extended characters, that would look like World/Tieng_Viet with added accents :).)

    Choose a suitable subcategory and suggest your website.

    I was suggest my blog in http://www.dmoz.org/World/Ti%E1%BA%BFng_Vi%E1%BB%87t/X%C3%A3_h%E1%BB%99i/Con_ng%C6%B0%E1%BB%9Di/
    but I don't know why it was not list. I check in Update Listing => "URL Not Found!"

    Is my site appropriate for submission to the ODP?
    Only Editor of Viennam can add link?
    How to contact they?

    Sorry, I misunderstood your question.

    We shan't know if it's appropriate until we evaluate it.
    Correct: Only editors can list websites in the directory.
    There is no need to contact an editor.

    Some volunteer will process your listing suggestion in time but we can't predict who or when that might be. Elapsed times can range from a few days to a few years. There is no need to re-suggest your website and doing so could be counter-productive because a later suggestion overwrites any earlier one.

    There are 6 editors listed within World/Tieng_Viet.
    They are as active as they want to be.

    Please feel free to volunteer your spare time to work in the area you complain about. We are all volunteers and then if you can pass the entrance exams, people can alos call you lazy without knowing anything about you. Press the button at the foot of every category and see if you are up to the mark to be able to do the job.
