Unique website marketplace [Flippa clone] - priced to sell

I would like to sell WebsiteNiche.com, it is a unique system that I coded myself. I did previously sell the script with a website but the scumbag that purchased decided to rip me off of an amount of $600! Due to this the contract was void, so he effectively purchased something he does not own.

WebsiteNiche.com has already had over 1300 unique visitors, it also sells copies of the script http://www.websiteniche.com/products/

ProClones purchased all rights to the source code of this script from Lewis Dobson and Louise Taylor on August 1, 2010 and we have written agreements signed by Lewis Dobson with receipt of payments to Louise Taylor, his alleged fiance.

Mr. Dobson has already been caught selling this script on DP using the domain premiumurls,com which he was forced to turn over to ProClones.

He has lost all his domains to ProClones including ReviewStartups,com .

Both his user accounts on Flippa have been banned for promoting websiteniche,com and products.

Websiteniche,com was banned from scriptcopy,com yesterday for fraudulently using one of our emails in his reply (lame) and to request to have our flipmarketplace,com and websitemarketplace,co
listings removed.

 

Unfortunately, we didn't discover what other DP users already knew whch was they've been scammed by Lewis Dobson as well.

well, probably would be better if you can show those proofs you actually bought full rights from him.
as far as i can see, you have 0 itrader here and proclones forum has 0 members, looks like a ghost site too.
the only thing that makes sense is that reviewstartups.com redirects to proclones, but thats not enough
so to keep things clear, pls provide some proof about your previous deal and what the terms were, since there are other members here that said that they bought resellers rights for the script on july, before your deal with him

Also, if you need additional proof, and as you pointed out, we now own all his domain names he previously tried (and continues ) to sell our script on including: premiumurls,com, flipmarketpace,co, and websitemarketplace,co and reviewstartups,com

And if anyone wants to verify his -18 trust level of websiteniche.com on flippa after flippa saw our agreements. Also, in last few days he tried to scam scriptcopy and hotscripts and pretend he was us and have our listings removed. They banned his listings instead.

Lastly, I do appreciate your reply, instead of seeing that other users are ignoring my notice and are still looking to buy it. But everyone knows about DP is not the safest place to do business. Either way, they will be disappointed with this script as it is buggy and underdeveloped as we pulled the project from him when we saw he was selling this on premiumurls,com on DP, and subsequently forced to give it to us.

 

I can confirm now that "realstr" has the rights for the script, and reviewstartups is trying to scam people here at DP,
thread and user reported accordingly

You will be the owner only of your new version as this script were already sold with resell rights to a few developpers.

I can appreciate your statements, but not entirely accurate... ProClones didn't just buy reseller rights, we bought the business and his domain names including his sales accounts, and clause to not operate another flipmarketplace,com website, so we know who has purchased what, so if anyone claims they have the rights to use our modified version (which he is now selling illegally) that is incorrect. He was paid upfront for all the dev work which he failed to complete. PM me, and I will show you the contract when we bought it (august 1, 2010) and his development work began on August 14, 2010 for 30 days, he then started selling the script on DP On August 30, 2010. He still hadn't delivered the final work and when we caught him we demanded he turn over premiumurls,com and all his work. He was paid upfront for all this dev work as he said he needed the money bad and that he'd work really hard to earn more business. He started asking for more money in the middle of the project and tried to sell us other domain names, we told him to not ask for more money and finish what he was paid for. He is saying we owe him $600 cause it took more time then he thought it would (and signed contract with itemized work order), but still all went on 10 day vacation , returned sick and complained he was broke to us.

If anyone claims to have purchased the reseller rights, they need to have us verify their payment with our records and agree they don't own any rights to our improvements which we already have a list of all his recent sales.

Then do a search on DP for his 8/30/10 post of premiumurls,com for sale with script... he still had 15 days left to finish work for hire order on signed dev agreement.

We also have the records of all his previous sales from v1, v2, v3 and now getting requests for support from his current v4 (Premium) scammed customers which is our script, so if anyone bought his script since August 1, 2010 they don't own any rights and are using an illegal copy. He will be shut down and probably in debt to our company for a long time for his copyright violations.

 

Not to start anything but like you (realstr) we (me and some other member) also bought full exclusive rights to the webmaster script long before you ever did. And when caught he said the exclusive rights were only for the version.. Matter of fact my staff has been building it up with new functionality for over 6 months now and will continue to do so until completed and ready for launch & resell.

But in all actuality we all (as in you too) only own full exclusive rights to the modified versions of this marketplace script as the core is not unique, all we can claim to own is the extra features our versions yield, because he never actually made it.. all he did was build onto an existing marketplace script a claim it to be unique, and go on selling it from there.

Heck.. he has ripped off so many people with this, I wonder how many accounts he has here.

You was trapped with flipmarketplace.com but that guy is selling this script and resell rights over a few websites as : websitedeal.com, websiteniche.com, websitemarketplace.co and so on ...

Not to start anything but you are right with your statement

 

Please DomainFlipper and Decipher442, you guys obviously paid for something, so let's define what you purchased.

1. First we didn't pay what you paid ($79.99 or $39.99), as we paid in the $1000's
2. We bought a business with written agreement to own domains, source code, customer db, and more which you (Licensee) now have a valid license agreement with ProClones, Licensor.
3. Resell rights were sold and defined in the advertisement you re-quoted above, which didn't include "exclusive resell rights" or "Full Resell Rights" for their $79.99 or $39.99 upgrade which they would have had to have bought ver 3 one domain license first"
4. We have records and the click2sell account to verify all these sales and payor information.
5. If anyone is claiming "Resell Rights" or any rights to use any version of this script ver 1 ver 2 ver 3 ver 4 (which was stolen from us), then they need to contact ProClones and be registered with us within 3 days of being notified by ProClones.
6. Resell Rights, means you can "host on all your own domain names", and "you have the right to sell the script on your own marketplace site", not offer downloads and act or claim that you hold "master or exclusive reseller rights to the source code " as you guys are claiming above. And, if you further develop the source code, you still won't acquire rights to resell our source code rights as your own, but you can put the script on your marketplace and sell it so long as you own the domain name when you sell it with a running marketplace script.

7. Please read again what you purchased.

8. Not to start anything either, but we need to clear this up in the next 3 days. Please send your receipts to support at proclones,com

9. I'm your best friend if you work with me.

10. We have written agreements which are legally binding, and we are willing to share with anyone who thinks they have rights to resell this script as their own.

11.Also, we acquired both flipmarketplace,com and websitemarketplace,co domain names in the purchase.

12. The last owner of this script has no rights to run a websitedeal,com site that competes with a flimarketplace,com so he isn't even allowed to run his own
marketplace as that was part of the business sale agreement. He is in violation of this non-compete clause and is likely to pay us handsomely for this breech.

13. If anyone purchased the resell-rights as stated above and was under the illusion it meant 'master reseller rights or exlusive reseller rights" and would
like a cancel their purchase for a refund, please contact ProClones at Support (at) proclones,com and we will provide a refund your money in 3 business days.
(also please send your receipt so we can verify with our records)

Thank you two for communicating and clarifying this issue on DP, and especially to all those who helped ProClones shut down the previous script owner and his recent websiteniche,com site and to get him personally banned on flippa,com, DP, WF, scriptcopy, hotscripts in the last week for illegally selling our script.

 

You are right pertaining to DomainFlipper.. I didnt purchase resell rights, I purchased FULL EXCLUSIVE OWNERSHIP (same as you did only I purchased it last year.. long before you did) and he also sold full exclusive rights to another member here on DP.. And like you I also paid 1k+

In short... join the club; you got screwed just like me and another guy here on DP.

Fact of the matter is that the base script isnt owned by any of us... not even Lewis Dobson and Louise Taylor. All they did was modify an existing script and claimed to own exclusive rights to it! hence it was NEVER UNIQUE, therefore giving none of us the right to claim full exclusive rights other then the custom added features.
