i started some remote uploads >1.5 hours ago, they all transferred properly (status: successful 100%) but still don't show up in the file manager. is a certain delay normal now with the new ru module? in the past, all of my remote uploads did show up immediately. thanks

 

any chance of having link checker, its so difficult to check the links or even download the file to check if they are OK. if we have this then we can check and report those dead servers immediately and you can restart them

Since the major FTP and RU are working, this week we will focus on the other part (the 2-5% that don't work well), so before the end of the week, 100% of the upload should be working perfectly.

You will be flag only if you abuse of this (let's say you download the same file many time...)

Is anybody can confirm that RU and FTP are better now ?

All files that were uploaded during the weekend should be in your manage files, and new upload should be move in "file manager" pretty fast now.

Lol its been 2 months now since file-sonic and STILL the same problems...

 

Not for me. Of the (14) files that were successfully uploaded but failed to appear in my file manager when I stopped trying to upload Sunday morning, only (1) has appeared in my file manager so far.

I'll queue up some new files to see how it is working on new uploads.

You're going to want to either contact FS through the FS homepage or PM FileSonic-Support (Hish). You could try FileSonic-Support2 (Rome) as well but I have not seen many posts by him lately, thus cannot confirm he is monitoring the forum closely. In any event, don't expect an answer until at least 5pm GMT. Although Hish starts his day earlier (generally visits the forum 2-3pm GMT on Mondays), it looks like he is going to have a good list of folk to contact. If he does first come, first serve, it'll take a bit to reach your request.

Unofficially, the "PAID on September 24th, 2010" does not actually denote you were paid. What it really denotes is the amount which was due to you at the time payments were compiled Friday. There could have been an error in sending your payment or payment could have been held if you triggered one of their flags. Hish will be able to determine the reason you haven't been paid and make your payment so long as the account has not been flagged.

 

FTP Speed is very slow only 15kb/s
