When i check the cache of the website by using "cache:www.website.com" it showing the different site ?? Please let me know why??? and how i can remove this problem..
Have you recently changed the site design? Is it showing the old layout? Allow up to a month for Google to update the cache.
Yes, it can take a while to update, usually 3 days to maybe even a week. I have changed my site domain name and titles recently, and it eventually comes around.

Did you buy an expired domain? There might be a possibility that Google is yet to index your website..
usually it means that you have been redirecting the search engines to another website using 301/302 redirects, this can be seen as blackhat and can get you banned
