Hi guys, im new to this forum and the whole 'online marketing stuff'. so i was wondering ive got a YouTube video to promote my blog and it hardly gets any views at all, i also have no clicks through to my blog with it and the most annoying this is when i type the keyword (that i have focussed with on my youtube video) into the search bar on YouTube it is on something like the 10th page? I get really frustrated by this so i thought i'd ask the experts... Any ideas, how i could improve my problems? there are 100s of millions of videos on youtube and not all of them get views. you will need to promote your video just link you promote your website to increase your ranking. youtube has its own algorithm also for ranking which you need to work on. promote your video, do some link building for your video, tell your friends and family members about it, if you are on facebook or myspace, etc, add your video there as well. many ways to get the words out. if you do all that, you will notice your video getting more and more views over time
youtube can be done SEO similar to your site in google as well. try build authority backlinks to them.

Always be careful of any company that can not tell you exactly HOW and WHERE they get you the views. Especially if it is a lot and getting money back, wont get you a youtube account back or the hard work you spent seasoning one. Youtube has been cracking down.
