    I don't know if they can infor BEFORE it because I asume it was unexpected downtime. But at least they should send you an email duing that downtime... I mean this is serious one.. going on to 48 hours?

    Yes... I have been using TMZhosting for the last 3 years or so. I think this is the longest downtime. For every planned downtime I've received the notification through email. May be this is unplanned downtime and they claim that the other servers are working fine. Anyone from DP having websites hosted on other servers of TMZhosting?

    As per the latest update on tmzhosting.com at 11:43 AM, 9/24/2010
    Backups are done, we have re-installed WHM/cPanel etc.. and now we are starting to restore the accounts. You should see your website come back online throughout the day.

    Still waiting for my websites to come back online...

    It seems that the restoring process is completed. I am now able to access cpanel now. But the sites still displaying the message 'by iskorpitx'.

    My sites are up, but the backups are very old ( +- 2 months old) hence much data is lost (forum posts, blog posts etc) ...

    My 3 websites are down for 4 days now, i don`t get "by iskorpitx" but it does`t load.
    There site is up, but i can`t login to Client Area, when i press Login i get redirect to the same login page, i reset my password and get the same error.
    Cpanel does`t work or anything. I emailed them but i did`t get any respond yet.

    IT`S DEAD! HELP PLEASE!!

    What the fuck the backup from 2010/07/24 and my directory too, i can`t even login to my directory i get "Notice: SmartyValidate: [is_valid] form 'login' is not registered. in /home/XXXX/public_html/deepld.com/libs/smarty/SmartyValidate.class.php on line 274"

    Whats goin on, how can i fix this, and the prem links that submitted after then, how i gonna deal with that to.

    YOU FCKED UP MY SITES. HELP!

    Yes the backup was from July yesterday, however it seems they finally updated the latest backup, at least my sites fially got latest backup online

    Sorry I did not respond to anyone's PM's. We have been working around the clock restoring websites and getting everything sorted out. As said above, we were not specifically targeted when this happened. Many other "big" websites were hacked. Because of this we have taken huge security measures so this does not happen again. Most of our clients are online, but if your website is still not working please get in touch with us.
