    lol! actually you have re-quote ur percentage. If you ask Indians, they might quote as top nation in the world - though patriot from any nation would wish the same, honestly, India 3rd is some thing I don't agree with too, considering our stage, we might be in top 6 but top 3 is quite arguable.

    i dont know where India stand but then what lets see with whom India is competing with. Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, North Korea, Greece, Iceland, Uganda, Honduras, Azkaban to name a few.

    yes yes there is USA etc thats y its number 3 and not 1.

    but then these numbers proves nothing. its still shitty here, but the good thing is we are working hard to change things. atleast we are moving forward. not many country can claim this.

    may be just to bring another wrong note, Uganda 3 officials got hit by a barrier, they were admitted in hospital later dis-charged the following day after having stitches so this mess hasn't been over yet
