RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. One method would be to set up a WordPress web log or blog. Any time you post to the blog, it will automatically create and submit your rss feed.

You can use software like RSS Submit to automate RSS feed submission to the RSS directories and search engines.

Try Feedburner from Google so that you optimize and monetize it with Adsense. Distribute your feeds via ping.fm and posterous. Get huge traffic to your site in matter of days.

Yep, my RSS blog feeds are set up with Feedburner, too. It's a good, free service.

They also give you a few analytics to follow, too.

Separately, you probably wouldn't need an RSS feed on an actual Website. RSS feeds are only needed on a blog, a site that you're expected to update every couple of days, like running your own newspaper.

You probably wouldn't update your Website every few days.
