    ..and i was thinking that my forum is too dark,:) lol

    Anyway, this dark background you have, made me a lil` tiered and i only spent a couple of minutes on the forum.
    If it would be my forum, i would use light colors [ not bright ] because as you say, it is a coding forum so, people are supposed to spend a lot of time on it.

    And we thought it would be easy! And example of an empty forum www.sheersoftware.com It's going to take you a very long time to populate it.

    I personally don't like the theme, black on white is one of the biggest errors you can make in website themes. It's not good for the eyes.

    i like dark colors for different web site, specially gaming site!

    Personally I would brighten it up a little with only greyish colours / that is if you still want to go with dark

    * not to much light blue; very good touch
