Google bombing can of course also be used to create a positive effect. In theory you could get your own site listed at the top for very targeted keywords..

 

I think, it is Creating a lots of backlink to rank any site for a keyword. Its just abuse of Google algorithm.

Google bomb means try to point out one website with particular one key phase or key word.but Google has already took some action against some popular bomb in 2007. this is nothing but a SEO technique.

 

Google bombing is a practice of doing keyword stuffing with the use of anchor text to get the page show up in the SERP.
