    Depends if they were targetting that term, "best SEO Company". I think the best company is the one that does the work for their clients that they promise, they deliver, and they are referred more business from those clients.

    To become best SEO company, company would have to follow google rules.

    LOL!! but topseo.com decides ranking in their listing to the firm which bid more for the top position.
    I was refused offer to get top position because they cost more.
    Worlds Best SEO Company showing their strength with their work and efficiency,I am repeating again the searching in SE's according to keyword is batter then screaming I am the best i am the best.

    I don't think there is a best SEO company, because is always changing to match the algorithm of the search engines, so really what works today may not work in 2 or 3 years time

    There is no such thing, at least i don`t know any. You should get yourself a good freelancer to do this for you because most SEO companies actually do linkbuilding for a domain and then redirect the seo juice to your website with a 301 error which makes you pay them monthly. On the other hand, freelancers do linkbuilding directly to your website but still there are only few that actually know what they are talking about.

    There is no way of knowing which one is actually the best, unless we had all the customer feedback on all the seo companies in the world, but there are a lot of good companies for sure, but which one is best??????

    Best for what? For example, a company may be best to ensure ranking in one particular search engine, but not necessarily in a different one. Even should one exist that achieves that its customers rank #1 in the search engines, I'm pretty sure they will have a lousy ranking in multinational SEO, i.e., ranking in different languages. And certainly there is not one that can allow you to rank #1 in all languages. I should know, I make a living with that & it's incredible how little most SEO companies understand about multilingual and multicultural SEO...
