Hi Ricky, I have a question...

I have a domain name aaa.com that's in my 'my sites' list, but then I transferred the domain to bbb.com (with aaa.com redirecting to bbb.com)

Now both domain are in the 'mysites list' - do I have to remove the first one so I won't be flagged? If so how?

"/" is needed only to use with blogger or blog platforms... Not for a "normal" site

 

First of this is by no means an accusation of cheating or scamming regarding Fileserve but I've noticed a rapid decrease in my downloads today and tested some things. I could download every one of my files with any browser except with the Firefox ( I was using the ver. 3.6.8) so I'm asking if anyone else has made the same experience. The funny part is that every aspect of the site is working with the Firefox except for one thing, the free user "Download File" button isn't working.This is only the case with the Firefox Browser, on all other browsers everything is working just fine. If this should be a bug on site of Fileserve I hope it'll get fixed soon because Firefox is together with the IE the most used browser, 45.8% are using the Firefox to be precise, so if the Firefox really isn't working it's no wonder that my downloads are decreasing that fast. I hope that it'll be looked into it so things can work properly again.

Yes, just tested it, in Opera it works and in Firefox i get 404 - page not found for the same file

But i don't notice a real big drop in my stats though...

 

Well I don't want to deepen the issue with the stats. Just wanted to notice that I had quite a more than notable difference but this can be due to multiple factors. But I wanted to stress out that it appears that Fileserve seems to have issues with the Firefox and like it seems I'm not the only one. Hope that there will be an official statement to this issue. Well I will have some more look into it.

@ Trackdown: Some code messed it up for some firefox free users yesterday, yes. We became aware of it due to the risen trend of mails regarding this matter, so now the techs are 100% on it to fix it. Due to this unavailability, you may have lost some income and so did we. It's a lose-lose for everyone.

 

@RickyFS: Yes like I said no accusations, just wanted to point out that something is out of order. Just have tested things again today and now everything is working like it should, that's what I call fast bugfixing. Happy to see that things get worked out pretty fast and hope it will stay that way. Keep it up!

@ Trackdown: Yes, sh*t happens when we try out new stuff and it doesn't go the way we like it. We have taken it away for re-evaluation Bare with us while we do upgrades & improvements.

@ DeletedUser: It's already upgraded. You need to ask for "Transfer to Payout Account" and then you can redeem AFTER you've been approved.

No issues on Remote. Works like a charm, check your account and see if it is still a Premium or have "credits" in it.

 

Ricky, would you care to explain the Transfer to Payout Account button? What is the purpose of that? Is it only used to upgrade my accoutn to premium, or also to get paid to my PP account?
If i wanna ask for a payment on suday, should i click on it before that?
