    Hello,

    I need a homepage and background designed for my church.

    I want it in PSD and xhtml/css.

    Eventually it will be for a joomla site, so if you can do it for Joomla
    that will be an added bonus.

    I've found a homepage that I want it to be similar to, so you will have
    something to go from which should make your job easier.

    Budget is about $35.
