The blog ranks better-- but have both-- the site and a blog.

So blog updates along with a page for the iframe/permanent link is good yeah ?

Or do you think i should get a html site along with it as well to put the iframe/link on it and a blog along to post new posts about them

I don't get it. A blog is a website, plain and simple. What goes out to the browser is HTML. There is no difference. A web page is a web page no matter what CMS or editing tool you are using. There is no difference. Sure, your blog is updated more often, but that is the same as adding a page to a static site. Content in iframes are not considered a part of the page it is displayed on. The src in an iframe is treated as a link.

You want to consider what is returned to your browser, and not what is creating the HTML. Treat each post, blog, static page, as if they are the same and as important as the next. There is no difference and promoting a "blog" is the same as promoting a static site. Backlinks, good coding structure, on-site SEO, etc..

    Good luck
