    You have only to hang around on DP for a while to realize that it is very easy for scammers to operate here and that little effort is made by the mods to clear out the large number of fraudsters operating here. This is very much a case of 'buyer beware' and genuine buyers and sellers have to work hard here to establish their reputation.
