$20 aday is good money :D .. its notyour site thats the issue.. you are getting low rated ads displayed in your site. you should check and see what the high paying keywords are and try to change it. I wish I can make over $20 a day :D

I don't think you can determine anything with only 4 clicks. You need a much bigger number to determine anything worthwhile.

The site is 3 and a half years old but we are working with adsense since 8 months now.

We are going to change layout soon and hope our CTR will go up ;-)

I think ads are low paying for celeb and such site.. I face same problems with a similar site..
Only about the best way fight the low paying ads is to use keywords that pays better. For rock Bands..what you can do is write articles or use keywords that will attract ads commercial sites that will require a transaction, not just download or Lyrics sites.. keep in mind, only those ads that will led to a good sale transaction will pay better. You can use overture bid tool to find good keywords

Eg some CD or rock paraphernalia selling site will be bidding for keywords that pay better ;-) than sites that gives info about rock sites or point towards download links..

Amamzon Affiliate will be a great monetizer as some other people have also suggested.

I think the main reason there not advertisers who do not pay for high enough for clicks

for Example I had a site about cricket and they paid just $0.01 or $0.05 for each click so it is better to get out of this mess by creating another site that

and concentrate on it on anothercontent

1800 clicks ~ $80 yesterday... i'm happier now.... but i still get headache reading some of you make $40 with 300 clicks.... that would make around... $200 a day at mine... that would make a monthly income of fucking $6000.

$20 from 350 clicks means an average of 5,7 cents a click. That's not very high but I have seen far worse than this.
