While Chrome has the reputation of being the fastest browser, you claim it's slow! You are the first and only person I've ever heard say that.

    Hi)
sometimes i use IE8, i'm comfortable with it, think that IE9 will be good, dont think that it will beat Chrome or FF, but the amount of users will increase i hope)

Amateurs who don't know how the web works do get enamored by it for some reason. Probably cause it came with their computer and they never bothered to learn anything else so they miss out. Their loss.

No one knows and Microsft, as usual, isn't saying. Some time next year, though. The first beta will be September 10th or the 15th; forgot which. I'm sure DP users will be enamored by it. After all, it will do a lot of things every other browser in the world did 12 years ago and current IE users aren't use to such modern world things. I hope they don't hurt themselves.

Of course, IE9 won't be as good as any other browser when it does come out. For a glimpse into some of the things IE9 will do, download/install any of the other browsers. They all had the same features long ago but they've got more!

Chrome is too demanding on the resources? No, not compared to Firefox or IE.

Indeed Firefox eats a lot of memory. I will switch to Chrome when they improve the annoying download bar.

IE9 WILL be better but better than what? IE8? Yes. But crap on a doily is no better than crap on a stick. Use any other browser and be years ahead of IE9.

I've used a couple of times IE9 and for me i cannot compare it with Chrome - Firefox is beginning to get worst every release they make - it has major memmory leaks which have already been reported by me and acknowledged to exist however no fix and its been more than 6 months now.

IE is fail and discussing how much it fails is pointless.
The best browser is chrome, enough said.
Safari is the best ALL ROUNDED browser, fast stable and doesnt kill your ram.
FF comes next, its the most stable in viewing instensive js sites like sites that depend heavily on jQuery. it eats ram like a muh f*cker though
flock, opera and the rest are always below the radar. I dont use them for my own biased reasons.
Chrome came to save us. those of you who remain pointlessly loyal to an extinct browser shouldnt be given the privilege to a better browser and should keep your mouth shut with your virus infected, lagging popup machine that is IE. This post is not open for debate. I feel my IQ leaving me as I justify this thread with a response.
