Maybe it is time for you to look for high quality backlinks. What I mean is

- the link must be dofollow
- it hyperlinked with your website on keyword "seo hosting"
- make sure you get a link from a page that have no more than 100 outgoing links.
- finally, get a link from high PR pages.

If you follow the above method, I think you will be able to get top 1 - 2 position in weeks time.

The best, best, best, best thing you can do is analyze your direct competitors website. See what the 4 people in front of you are doing differently. Grab yourself a list of onpage and offpage SE factors, and go through each one and create a list of what they're doing right and what they're doing wrong. What they're doing right: copy them, or do it better. What they're doing wrong: do it right.

You've done the hard part of getting into the top 10 for your main keywords, but cracking #1 will take nothing but a lot of time.

 

Get some fresh good PR2,PR3 or PR4 back links to your site, definitely your page rank will improve.As well as do basic link building for that website.

It has been seen that you had done link building. But did you verified whether it is quality links that has high page ranks more than 5 or so. If not, do that first. Otherwise, you need to concentrate on your on page optimization that starts from title tag to ends up to alt image tag. Google dance occurs once a month. so wait after you had done all the updates.

Check out where they get their links from and see if you can get links from the same sources (easy if it's blog comments, profiles, web2.0 sites, articles, guest posts). Yea, one of the tough things for a lot of people is that it does take time. I've noticed it with myself that it can get a bit frustrating, however, if you don't give up, it eventually pays off. IF you think about it, anything that is easy, anyone can do, and you would have too much competition. However, the harder something is, the less people do it, so you can easily succeed in the industry.
