Maximum number of submission?

I would be very helpful if you could give me a rough number on how many submissions per day? We do upto 40 submissions on different forums. Is it high?.

Forums are a place for content not seo spamming, so contribute good content to forums and around 30 to 40 links a day is fine.

 

submission to one forum alone?
I guess as long as your posting is relevant and informative.. and you do not violate the forum rules, that won't hurt..

 

If you do quality posts in any forum then there is no prob with the number of posts. You post or answer should be helpful to others not only for signature links. Every forum has its own guidelines for signature, for threads, for posts, so go through once and follow them.

 

Forum posting is used for getting baclinks but you should also provide quality answers. Its more about the discussion where people shares their queries and get answers from experts.

 

u can do good post but if u will do useless post than admin can banned u

 

There is no such Numbers of Posting you have to do, Don't spam the Forums!!

 

just dont abuse the system to avoid being banned.
