Hi guys, i am in final year of b tech and want to study further. I am really confusing about choosing the right way. Should i go with mba or ms and why should i choose it.
MBA is the better option if you choose a career related to management. Remember, the quality of the degree matters and hence choose the right institute to pursue your MBA.
In my opinion MS is better than MBA.. every second person who's graduating and want to do PG is going for MBA. Then too if you want to go for MBA then prep for IIM'S only..even good B schools graduates are not getting very high packages.. what's the meaning of getting 4-5 lakh package!!!!
nice reply.. Yeah my sister suggested me to go with MS because MBA is good if you did it from good institutes and good institutes ask for 2-3 work experience. She said that prepare for GRE and go for abroad study. Is this good option??
Its your decision don't ask to other what you want. Think about it.You are in final year and now your course is almost complete so think in which field you take more and more interest. Now you have lots of time take your right decision. All the best.
I think that It is depend on you.because in learning point of view you must choice to learn what your mind to say.means that it is depend on the interest because with the interest you can complete MS or MBA easily and with the Joy.
Join a company , M.tech is waste of time , MBA without industry experience is also of not much use (unless you can make it to top IIM ,etc)
Few IIT'S like IIT Delhi, Kharagpur, Madras offers MS (by research) program. BITS Pilani also offers Off-Campus MS in many streams. You can visist their site at bits-pilani.ac.in/dlp-home/
Ms from us is a good option even iits wont give you the knowledge, only theory and dont even think of doing mba. the engg+ mba hype is gone you wont find goodjob unless it iims
It is better to do MBA! because you can easily grab things of Business Application involved in Engineering along it can also help you to pursue as Manager soon after with experience! It will strong support your B.Tech I am also doing MBA in Marketing after Graduating in Commerce
You'll be more likely to do research with an mtech, so I'd suggest that. MBA is cool if you want to climb the corporate ladder, but meh.
