Will RSS really help me out in the search engine rankings?

    So I have heard a lot of information about RSS and how it can really increase you rankings?

    Does anyone know about this and if it is true?

    Yes its true... If you submit your RSS to Feed Aggregators, you`ll get quite a lot of backlinks for a free method of linkbuilding.

    Just try it out, its not time consuming!

    But I was wondering how I can leverage this with internet marketing products.

    The only thing I heard of that will increase rankings with RSS is to put profile links in them and then submit them to RSS aggregators

    I am not sure it helps in ranking, I used to submit RSS into various websites few years back but these days I am not doing such things

    it does absolutely, it helps you increase traffic - one of factors to increase SERP & SEO
