    Hello,

    I'm looking to purchase an established website which has a page rank of 2+, the website must have a steady revenue of $250/pm.

    If you're offering a forum;
    The site must be active, I do not wish to purchase a site which has a good amount of income but zero activity.

    Niche:
    I don't mind any; Software, Technology, Gaming or anything which is similar. (Illegal i.e. warez or legal is fine!)

    Remember, to provide me with proof of ownership, revenue screenshots (From Google Adsense or AdBrite etc).

    How much I can offer & Payment method(s):
    I can spend up to $1,000. Payment method: PayPal.

    You want to buy a site earning atleast $250 pm for only $1000 why the hell would someone sell you a site earning that for only 4 x its monthly earnings...
