TwilightEclipse has made over $2,700 in Google AdSense. It's been ranked on the first page of Google for over a year. Last month the site made $90 in Google.

This site is included in the sale. It has a proven track record of making money and will get a big traffic boost when the DVD comes out.

Traffic is 100% organic from Google and Yahoo. I've never spent a dime on traffic. I've updated it myself sporatically and it's only done well. These are aged domains for a movie, which I bought right after the successful first release.

The second, and most prized domain is TwilightBreakingDawn.org. This book is being broken into 2, so you have 2 chances to make big bucks. As of today, this site is #3 in Google for "Twilight Breaking Dawn" and has been on the first page for over a year. I just added AdSense last month and the site has made $60 already for a movie that doesn't come out for over a year.

For a Twilight fan, these sites are amazingly valuable. If you have the time to keep them update and build a loyal following, you could triple the value. I half-heartedly updated and made nearly $3,000. Someone who tries can do much better.

These are the gold-mind of sites. Low maintenance, totally organic traffic, and a super hot commodity.

So why am I selling? I've had as much Twilight as a straight male can handle. In addition, I'm looking for some money for a down payment for a house and this is my best bet. I love the earnings and the risidual income these have brought over the past year, but I'd rather get less money upfront all at once.

Thanks for the offer vihutuo. I am looking for a higher offer, but as they say, a site is only worth what someone will pay. I'll definitely keep you in mind.

Also, I have some additional info. I almost forgot about the CPA advertising I've done. I've had 2 twilight offers over the past 8 months and they have made $395 though EpiCenter. I also sold this top right banner placement for 3 months at $150/month. So that's another additional $600+ that was made. If you don't have a CPA account, I can help you get one. EpiCenter is good to work with and always is looking for Twilight Offers for me.

Another quick note... I just learned that Twilight Breaking Dawn will be Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 1 (premiering in November 2011) and Twilight Breaking Dawn Part 2 (probably in summer of 2012 or november 2012). That means this hot keyword domain that's over 2 years old will have the chance to make you $3000 TWICE! This is going to be a consistant $200-$300/month and $400-$500/month during big promotional times (the trailers get released, the posters get released, interviews, award shows, etc)... I'm almost crazy for selling... So make me an offer before I talk myself out of it!
