Buying Paying 24 months revenue for sites

    1. Pr1 or higher
    2. Earning $0.25 per day or more
    3. Ranked top 10 in Google for at least one keyword.
    4. .com, .net, .org only
    5. Content must be unique

    Hmm.. I have a 3 or 4 site.com that I ought to be developing as it gets fairly high click through rates, earned £6.36 last month with 188 page views, 27 clicks, 14.36% click through rate and a page Ecpm of UK£33.81. Also sold one text link for $100 which is coming up for renewal. Its a PR2 site. Might be interested in selling it, but would probably want more than 24 times earnings as when I eventually get round to doing something with it there is a fairly easy 3 or 4 hundred a year in ad sales to be made.

    Anyway let me know if that is something conceivably of interest to you and whether your 24 times is the maximum you would be prepared to pay.
