I run a Get Paid To site with 120,000 members and each month I have a bunch of features/add-ons/fixes I need to get done. The script is not difficult at all (just seperate php pages) and the features that I ask aren't either. Requirements: html, php, some database knowledge I pay per feature, not per hour or per month.
