    Maybe google broke or messed up their pr system and it is taking them a while to figure it out, fix it and get it working back to normal again.

    Last full page rank update was around July 20, before that, there was partial update in June for internal pages only.
    Next full one should be in mid October and if internal comes it would be in 1-2 weeks around Sept 15.
