Site is getting traffic from digg, reddit, stumble upon, and other various social sites. Traffic is also coming in from Google and Yahoo for over 100 keywords, top keywords are generating about 40% of the traffic.

Site is linked with affiliate Hookah-Shisha and you change or remove the links.

Site has generated $20/month in income from affiliate marketing and adsense. Site has potential, it just needs someone who can take it to the next level.

I'm just wondering about the legality of the Adsense ads. According to Adsense policy they don't allow: -

* Sales of tobacco or tobacco-related products

Another thing, you mentioned about affiliate marketing, may I know what's the website?

 

I have to ask. Hookah is your passion. Your site is making money. You are willing to stay on as a writer. With those three things being true, why on earth would you sell this site?

 

Because he is getting married and he need cash? Did you even read the first post?

 

$1-$2 an article, maybe more if it's a really long review. Most reviews on my site are 100-300 words.

I am not selling any tobacco, it's just reviews and affiliate links, it was approved for adsense use.

 

I am going to continue to add more content for now until the auction has closed.
