We sell gifts for readers, writers, and book lovers. Unique stuff like bookmarks, journals, book jewelery, etc. What are some good advertising mediums to check out? So far we're looking at Project Wonderful, CraftCult, and Craftopolis. We're also going to be doing some Google adwords and Facebook ads. I think we have like $130 in adwords credits. Also, which is better to advertise per, Page Views, or Unique users?
Affiliate marketing is one way, and I would suggest you to stick with CPC instead of advertise per page views.
Marketing on other people's websites, right? I've found a few places like Project Wonderful, am I on the right track? Where would you suggest finding places to do Affiliate Marketing? Where can I read about how to get into that? Thanks!

You can join CJ, Clickbank, Clixgalore, but those have a high sign up cost. Or, you can find CPA networks that can run the offer for you at a low sign up cost or you offer them as an exclusive offer. Your products are sales based, usually require more impressions to generate one sales. Unless you have large budget, I believe CPC is most cost effective with your current budget.
Yea, from the research I'm doing I think you're right about the CPC. What are some good CPC networks out there for an online retail site?
There are quite alot, the biggest one definitely is Google. Others would be Infolinks, Clicksor, Adbirte, etc.
