Question regarding no. of Backlinks

Important thing is do hard work to get quality backlinks and then wait for result..

 

How do you figure out how to calculate this? I had a website once with 4/10 google plus created a new one and had also 4/10 within 2 weeks but my present one is only 4/10 and want to calculate how to get to the 4/10 Thanks

With this activity, you are basically building profiles, blogs or pages that is under/hosted in different IP that links to each other to form a circle (which contained the link juices) and each points to your site.

yes my one of frnd says very right The difference in the number of links between yahoo and google, is that google doesn't count links with the rel="nofollow" attribute in it. Whereas yahoo does.

The no follow means that google is being directed by the webmaster NOT to go to your website and follow the links but google DOES give you credit for the link ON THE nofollow website. So, if this website has a 4/10 ranking or better you could get credit for the link. You still get traffic from the link from people who see it and are motivated to click on it to come to your website. There is another element too and that is google generally doesn't give you credit for links on websites with a lesser website ranking than 4/10 however, Yahoo and Bing count all of them mostly. No-one has heard any difference that I know of. There has been controversy over whether the page or the website needs to be 4/10 and above and I believe based on some high authority people on the internet that it is the overall website ranking that determines this.

 

There are two main reasons for the difference in the number of backlinks by Google and Yahoo
1. Google only displays the good quality backlinks discarding the rest and Yahoo shows all the possible cached URLs pointing to your site.
2. Google does not show all the backlinks because your competitors will analyse those and try to replicate what you have done over a period of years in a matter of few weeks.

Is it normal for my site's number of backlinks to decrease? Cuz when I check with both Yahoo and Google, the actual numbers decrease with each day, and it seems strange..
Could it be because some of my comments are deleted or things like that?

The search engine backlink reports can fluctuate wildly week to week, google seems to hold back on what they report. Tons of links from a single site usually indicates a 'site-wide link" in their blogroll or footer these aren't as valuable as links from different sites.
