The site requires little work involving social bookmarking to keep the income, ranking and thus traffic up. All necessary training will be given to the buyer ofcourse with full aftersales support. Earning Can be scaled up immensely if you have more time. Current work would take 10-30 minutes a day.

This site is unrelated to the Blackhat sites in my signature. The income is whitehat.

What niche is the site in?

 

Hi,
Primarily because its not passive income. I can't expect anyone to pay 12 month earnings for a site that requires daily work to maintain income. The site requires 15-16 hours work/month to earn $660 which translates to some $40/hour. I'm just providing the setup so I think the price is fair for everyone.

This site (like most others) was claimed at BIN within minutes but I still though that I should answer you as this question is relevant to all my site sales.
