A good CPM - 0.05$+

I have a site with about 7k uniques and about 300k pageviews per day.

Right now I'm using 3 adsense ads (which pays 0.2-0.5$ eCPM) and one adtegrity (0.01$ CPM), so finding a good CPM network which pays over 0.5$ would be perfect for me, any advise?

What is your niche? Are you a video website where people are hosting videos? (If so and you use JW Media Player, sign up for their Bits on the Run advertising), if your site breaks their terms, then I don't know what to say, it all depends on the niche. However if google lets you in, then I'm sure you aren't against LTAS's (Longtail Ad Solution) terms. If you aren't hosting videos. Try adagency1 ($0.04/1000) or cpmonly ($0.02-$0.07).

    It's a manga website.
As for the cpm price you wrote it's based on your personal experience?

Yes, I was with both websites. However being a Manga site, is it all unlicensed content? As you may be aware of content producers are cracking down on Manga sites, like onemanga.com for instance. (Though they shut down freely by choice to remove the content, they did it so as not to stir trouble with the law)

(Please note, I haven't been with said companies for at least.. 6-8 Months. They may have gone up or down in CPM payouts)

You could try GGNCPM, popads, Fidelity (I get a static $0.10 cpm with very fast loading).

ipcpm.com is cpm unique, not good for me.

Anyway using juiceadv now and I'm getting 0.02$ cpm with 4ads on one page (so 0.08$ :))... not bad

No I haven't tryed cpmonly and adagency1 yet.

But I have a clicksor account and their CPM are GREAT, but 95% of the times the cpc are shown, do you know if there is a way to enable only the CPM?

Naw, that's how Clicksor and Adbrite work, they mix CPM and CPC together.
