Hi, I am a great fan of sitcoms and cartoons and i dont have enough space in my comp to store all.. So i created blogs featuring the videos of various sitcoms and cartoons and tv shows.. (for youtube u have to split. blogger u don't) right now i have a decent database of the above said.. Now my question is can i market it?? to earn a few extra bucks??? the only advantage i have right now is that these are completed and its been a minimum 2 yrs since the collectibles is released.. will there be any problems?? im also planning to start topgear.. is that fine? The companies which own the copyrights to the shows you have posted might have something to say about your efforts to profit from their intellectual property.
You should be just fine with it, however I wouldn't recommend using trademarked names for the domain name. If you wish to use another source for your cartoons feel free to get in touch with kidvideos.com
I would recommend not adding copyrighted videos to your blog or website! Ask for permission first! You can get into allot of legal trouble and have your website shut down. Your hosting provider can be contacted and have to shut down your site. So the best thing to do, is buy the videos your interested in watching and not try to earn money from copyrighted videos!
Please do not post copyrighted materials online. There is going to be a copyright infridgement issue. You could be sued ... it like seeing a raging fire, and walking straight into it- hoping it won't burn up. Alternatively, you could contact the owners of the videos and ask for their permission. My guess: they may require you to buy the resale rights , or blatantly refuse you posting the videos on your blog. Be cautious. Write for their permission first.
From the adsence you can earn the money.. and some other advertisement sites is there search in Google..
